Here is a look at the action to come this week for Morton College.
Volleyball
Skyway Conference leader Morton College looks to go to 3-0 in league play for the first time since 2022 when the Panthers head to Prairie State for a 6 p.m. contest Wednesday (September 10th). The following day, the Panthers head to Malcolm X for a 6 p.m. match.
Cross Country
Gus Coronado marks his return to Morton College as cross country coach when the Panthers compete at the Aurora University's Spartan Classic Saturday (September 13th). The race will be run at the Northwestern Medicine XC Course in Geneva, a spectacular venue for participants and fans.
Men's soccer
Morton College looks to crack the win column in the Skyway Conference when the Panthers head to Moraine Valley Tuesday (September 9th). There's only one perfect team – Oakton at 2-0-0 – so there's still time to get back in the race.
The Panthers welcome Region 4 rival South Suburban Saturday (September 13th) at 2:30 p.m. The last six matches have been decided by a goal with three of the encounters coming in the Region 4 playoffs.
Women's soccer
Plenty of chances to catch Morton College in action with three home matches this week – Lincoln Land at 4 p.m. Monday (September 8th), Elgin at 4 p.m. Wednesday (September 10th) and South Suburban at noon Saturday (September 13th).
