Kali Phillips, starting her first season on the women’s volleyball staff at Morton College, has four years of coaching high level club volleyball. She brings valuable collegiate experience, having played five seasons at Elmhurst University. During her final season in 2024, Kali earned Second Team All-CCIW honors, served as a captain and was named team MVP.
Kali also was a two-time member of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have above a 3.50 grade point average and participated in 90 percent of the sets or started 66 percent of the matches played during the 2024 season.
She also has a Masters in Business Administration and bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Elmhurst University.
