Keelan Donald brings over 15 years of coaching experience to the program, with a proven track record of developing talent and building championship-caliber programs. As Recruiting Coordinator, Donald focuses on identifying and cultivating elite prospects throughout the Chicago Public League and Chicago Catholic League.
Donald's basketball journey began as a state champion at Leo High School in 2004. He continued his playing career at North Idaho College before finishing at NCAA Division II Lewis University, where he earned his BA in Sports Management.
Throughout his coaching career, Donald has held positions at some of the region's most respected programs, including Evergreen Park High School, where he contributed to program development; Johnson College Prep, where he served as Head Coach; Morgan Park High School; and Moraine Valley Community College. His experience spans high school and junior college levels, giving him deep insight into player development and the recruiting pipeline.
Off the court, Donald is a devoted father to his two sons, Kaston and Kani, and remains passionate about giving back to the Chicago basketball community that shaped his own career.
