Here is a look at the action to come this week for Morton College.  

Volleyball
Big weekend on the horizon for 5-0 Panthers at South Suburban Tournament the weekend of September 6^th and 7^th. Key matches include Milwaukee Area Tech September 6^th and Lake County September 7^th.
MATC, ranked 23^rd in the NJCAA Division II preseason poll, is 7-0. The match vs. Lake County serves as a crystal ball when the Skyway contest rolls around in October. Lake County stunned Skyway favorite McHenry 3-2 in the season opener, while Morton College took down Moraine Valley for the first time since 2001.

The Panthers look to go 2-0 in the Skyway when Elgin stops by Cicero at 6 p.m. Wednesday (September 3^rd).

A rematch vs. Spoon River at the OWT and the hosts also are on the docket at South Suburban.

Men's soccer
Busy week with three matches in five days from September 2^nd to 6^th. The Panthers host Joliet at 4 p.m. Tuesday (September 2^nd) before hitting the road to face Prairie State Thursday (September 4^th) and Kankakee Saturday (September 6^th).
August was a tough month for the Panthers, who went 0-3.

Women's soccer
Morton College looks to get back into the Skyway Conference hunt with a road contest against Oakton Wednesday (September 3^rd). The Panthers are on the front end of a women's/men's doubleheader at Kankakee Saturday (September 6^th).
